MedinAction Online Medical Consultation services provide health information and recommendations only. The Online Medical Consultation evaluate the information provided by clients and then offer information on relevant risk factors and statistics. This service is not a substitute for an in-person assessment by a doctor and should not be used in a medical emergency.
Prices:
€50 Monday-Friday from 10am to 7pm (+30€ for specialists)
€80 Monday-Friday after 7pm and Saturday-Sunday from 10am to 9pm (+30€ for specialists)
How does it work:
- Choose your General Practitioner, Pediatrician, Specialist or Psychologist (maximum 30 minutes)
- Book your video counselling
- Our operators will contact you to confirm your booking
- The doctor will contact you at the time booked.

Before booking, please contact us to check the coverage of your insurance policy.
Some insurances require a Guarantee of Payment (GOP), some involve upfront payment with subsequent reimbursement, others require an insurance ID. Contact customer service for clarification.
