How is working for MedinAction different from other healthcare or clinical settings you’ve worked in?

MedinAction is a very organized company that can provide care at a higher level than normal assistance. The group is very dynamic with high-quality, professional thinkers who can cooperate well in all kinds of situations.

What does a typical day at MedinAction look like and what are your responsibilities?

MedinAction aims to give the best level of care and understand the importance of efficiency. As soon as they receive contact or a phone call, they activate the chain of care starting with the general medicine physician. They try to organize a specialist as soon as possible who can provide the necessary exams.

What interested you about MedinAction?

Being able to directly speak to the contact right when they call helps the company and specialist better understand the needs of the patient. Telehealth allows for more personal interactions with the patient that typical care models may not.

How do you feel MedinAction aligns with your skills?

MedinAction is very dynamic and provides a new way to work. All the specialists are very high level and have international backgrounds which are so helpful in providing quality care. MedinAction receives patients from all over the world and previous global experiences help patient interactions.

How did you end up finding out about or wanting to work for Medinaction?

MedinAction contacted me for a patient who had hand trauma. Once we began working together the cooperation came about on its own and we worked very well together.

MedinAction is the first of its kind in Rome and throughout Italy that can provide high-level medical assistance to people from all over the world in such a short time. This model can improve healthcare overall.
